Ed Lay - Editors

Ed has been drumming for UK band Editors since the summer of 2003, and after recording their Platinum selling debut album 'The Backroom, has spent most of the last two years on a tour bus with the boys he first met at University.

Born in Ipswich in 1981, he started playing music with school-friends after attending his first gigs and becoming hugely attracted to the live music scene.

Ed first played a Maple Custom at the Glastonbury festival in 2005 and has been a Yamaha artist ever since.
